Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with the QA and development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in testing of AI-based features, validating model responses and data accuracy.
• Support regression, functional, and UI/UX testing efforts.
• Contribute to documentation of test results and QA processes.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI tools for test case generation, defect analysis, or automation support.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (STLC, SDLC, test case design, etc.).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Interest or basic exposure to AI tools, automation, or prompt-based testing workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn new testing methodologies.
