Every conference, board meeting and live event our clients host relies on a finance team that keeps things moving behind the scenes.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an organised and proactive AR Analyst, Credit Control Administrator to support our UK market by managing portal administration, purchase order tracking, payment processing and day-to-day credit control. You’ll sit at the point where finance meets live operations: securing POs before events go ahead, uploading invoices to client portals, and running urgent collections for upcoming events so our venue teams can focus on delivering exceptional experiences. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment and takes pride in getting the detail right.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTransactional Processing & Admin Support:\nSync new accounts, billing details, and AP contacts between CRM systems and NetSuite\nTurn around closed-won Enterprise/Credit Term opportunities, verifying alignment with complex Master Services Agreements (MSAs), custom schedules, and enterprise credit terms\nLog billing queries, maintain detailed records of customer communication, and support month-end administrative tasks\nPortal Management & Invoice Uploads:\nProactively chase and secure missing Purchase Orders (POs) from clients and sales teams to prevent billing delays\nAttach/add Purchase Orders (POs) to customer invoices immediately upon receipt and re-issue updated invoices as needed\nSet up and maintain customer vendor portals (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Taulia)\nUpload final invoices, credit notes, and supporting documentation directly to customer portals\nProcess payment link requests from customers or sales teams to facilitate quick card payments\nHandle all customer billing address amendments and billing contact updates in NetSuite/CRM\nUrgent Pre-Event Collections & Credit Control:\nLead urgent chasing for upcoming events with unpaid deposits due that week to safeguard revenue prior to event execution\nIssue routine customer account statements\nSend Deposit Exception Report and Final Invoices Without Acknowledgment reporting\nAssist the Senior AR Analysts with routine administrative collection tasks and initial outreach, as required\nLog billing queries, maintain detailed records of customer communication, and support month-end administrative tasks\nExperience Required\n1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Sales Operations\nAssertive communication style with strong attention to detail and urgency around event-driven deadlines.\nHands-on experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.\nWe’re Here For You:\nAt Convene Hospitality Group, we want you to feel supported in every part of your life.
