This highly visible role will serve as a critical business partner to the executive team and practice leaders, providing actionable insights that drive operational performance and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment and has prior experience in a private equity-backed organization. \nThis position is based onsite at ConvenientMD Headquarters in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.\nYour Impact \nLead the company-wide annual budgeting process, including building detailed P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models.\nDevelop, manage, and continuously refine monthly forecasting processes to provide accurate and timely financial outlooks.\n Analyze monthly financial results versus budget/forecast and prepare executive-level reporting packages with variance analysis and actionable insights.\nBuild and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, including new site openings, physician onboarding, and M&A activity (if applicable).\nPartner with operations, clinical leadership, and practice managers to develop KPIs, monitor performance, and drive profitability.\nOversee the development and optimization of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reporting systems to enhance visibility into key performance indicators and operational metrics.\nCollaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and integration of financial and operational systems into BI platforms.\nLead the implementation and continuous improvement of BI dashboards and tools (e.g., Power BI, Adaptive Insights) to support data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.\nManage, mentor, and develop a small team of FP&A and BI analysts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.\nSupport debt covenant compliance and reporting requirements for lenders.\nManage financial reporting requirements to the equity sponsor.\nSupport the executive team in the preparation of analysis and content for board meetings.\nLead ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, pricing strategies, and capital investments.\nAssist in due diligence, integration, and financial modeling related to mergers and acquisitions or de novo growth.\nContinuously improve processes, systems, and reporting to support the company’s growth and scalability.\nWho You Are \nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.\n7+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally in a multi-site healthcare services organization or private equity-backed company.\nPrior experience managing and developing finance or FP&A team members.\nStrong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, physician practice economics, and revenue cycle fundamentals.\nAdvanced financial modeling skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel\nProficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Adaptive Insights, etc.) and ERP systems such as Experity.\nExperience managing or partnering on data warehouse design, maintenance, and governance to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.\nProven ability to build, maintain, and scale automated dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.\nEffective communicator with the ability to interact confidently with executives, private equity sponsors, lenders, and operational teams.\nHighly organized and self-motivated with a bias for action and a collaborative working style.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with an ownership mentality.\nWhy You'll Love Working With Us\nCollaborative team environment that encourages professional growth\nUrgent care services at no cost to our team members and their families\nExtensive benefit offerings including health, dental, and vision coverage, company paid short-term disability, and optional pet insurance\n401k match after one year of service \nAccess to our primary care (depending on location)\nEducational Alliance with Purdue University Global and reduced tuition rates for team members and their families \nEmployer rewards and access to discounts offered on services and products such as hotels, travel, entertainment, restaurants, and more\nThere's a job and then there's purposeful, transformative work.
