We exist to accelerate a healthcare future that is more effective and economically sustainable for everyone.\nAs a member of ConvenientMD, you will contribute to our vision and mission, bringing our shared values alive in your work and daily interactions with patients, team members and our community. \nOur values of ‘good health can’t wait’, ‘start with trust’, ‘think outside in’, and ‘uplift others’ provide the foundation for our actions, decisions and ability to accomplish the organizational mission and vision.\nJob Summary:\nSupervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.\nEssential Job Functions- Limited X-Ray Technician:\nPrepare and perform radiologic procedures following CMD and ARRT protocols and procedures, working within the scope of practice of the LXMO license, utilizing all radiation protection and shielding equipment following ALARA principles.\nNavigate PACS system: confirm studies for interpretation, send studies to outside facilities, communicate with radiologists, and clarify discrepancies with teleradiology.\nTelephone communication including verification and clarification of outside radiology orders and requests for copies of radiographs taken at CMD.\nEnsure operation of clinical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs or reporting repair needs to clinic Practice Manager. \nEssential Job Functions:Clinical\nEfficiently switch between LXMO and MA responsibilities. \nPatient triage, including vital signs, medical history, and observational examination.\nAssist with any and all patient exams, testing, and procedures under the direction of the Provider. \nPerform blood draw/phlebotomy. \nAdministration of medication and immunizations as outlined by the CMD Medical Assistant scope of practice.\nAssist with patient call backs to include, but not limited to, answering of patient questions within scope, reporting test results, medication/therapy changes.\nEnsure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.\nAssists in maintaining adequate clinical supplies inventory by checking and notating when stock levels are low.\nCollaborate with Providers and other members of the clinic team to ensure a positive patient experience and supportive work environment.\nRequired Skills and Competencies: \nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nFlexibility to work nights, weekends, Holiday and on-call duty.\nDemonstrates authenticity, understanding of others and promotion of strong relationships between self and patients, team members and the external community.\nSupport your team members and patients through kindness; demonstrating understanding for others, and contributing to the creating a community of belonging within the organization.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and related documents and to maintain working relationships with physicians and other team members.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality with all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
