In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs at various clinic locations. You’ll be tackling a variety of tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance installations, and more, all under the guidance of the Facilities Manager. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively will be key to your success. In this role, you will be provided a work truck and gas card. \nYour Impact\nPerform maintenance and repairs including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance installation, and more.\nComplete quarterly inspections and maintenance, such as drywall repairs, painting, and furniture staining.\nAssist with special projects and facility upgrades, and help set up new clinics.\nTroubleshoot and repair equipment, including electrical devices that don’t require a licensed electrician.\nMaintain fire alarms, emergency lighting systems, and smoke detectors.\nInstall winter rugs across clinics during the colder months.\nSupport marketing by hanging banners both on-site and off-site.\nFollow safety standards and report any hazards immediately.\nWho You Are\n2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.\nFlexible schedule, including occasional weekends or evenings.\nClean driving record and valid driver’s license.\nComfortable using basic technology, like a tablet or iPad.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nQuick learner with strong maintenance knowledge.\nStrong communicator who keeps teammates updated on progress.\nTeam-oriented, proactive, and always focused on delivering the best experience.\nCalm under pressure and able to find solutions during emergencies.\nHighly motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.\nIf you're ready to bring your maintenance expertise and positive attitude to a dynamic team, we’d love to connect! \nPay Transparency \nIn order to maintain equity among team members, ConvenientMD has established defined salary ranges for each role. Individual pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, current market conditions, and budget considerations. The pay range listed reflects the base salary for this role within this region. Some positions may also offer additional incentive opportunities based on metrics or performance, depending on the role.
