Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer to generate insights across marketing, and product teams.\nTraditional research is slow, expensive, and superficial. Running it well requires expertise most teams don't have. That gap affects how well companies understand their customers and how well they can serve them. We're closing it.\nWhat you'll do\nWe need a Senior Product Engineer who works backwards from the experience. This is someone who starts with the user's problem, not a spec, and owns everything between that conversation and the code that ships. You shape what gets built, actively contributing to product direction, influencing what we build and how we build it, with real technical and strategic impact.\nOwn the full stack, from the interface to the infrastructure\nBuild the interface customers open every day and can't imagine working without. React is the core of what customers see and touch - you lead frontend architecture in React and TypeScript, set the quality bar for components, state management, and performance. And you don't stop there. From API design to cloud infrastructure (AWS), you ship complete, polished features end to end, including AI-powered ones built on LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and async pipelines.\nBe the engineering voice in every customer conversation\nWhen a customer has a need, an engineer hears it, interprets it, and solves it. You join customer calls (about once a week), form a clear point of view on what to build, translate feedback into scoped product decisions, and follow through.\nUse AI throughout\nYou reach for agentic solutions first. You use AI to reason, build, review, and test at every stage and you help raise the bar for how the whole team works. Documentation overhead doesn't slow us down here - AI handles that layer, and you're someone who is happy to work that way. You stay current on what frontier models can do and bring that into what we ship.\nWhat you'll bring\n6+ years of experience building full-stack applications with TypeScript and Node.js.\n\nStrong backend experience: designing APIs, working with PostgreSQL, and managing background jobs and async workflows.\n\nSolid frontend skills with React. .\n\nExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP) - you're comfortable with services like S3, media pipelines, and deployment tooling.\n\nExperience building AI-driven applications (e.g. prompt engineering, working with LLM APIs, and/or fine-tuning experience are a plus).\n\nCan independently lead projects from concept to launch.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.\n\nA collaborative mindset, able to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team.\n\nBonus\nExperience with React Router v7 or Remix.\n\nExperience at a small, fast-moving SaaS company where you’ve been client-facing\n\nExposure to market research or qualitative research tooling.\n\nYou've shipped agentic AI systems to production and can speak to failure modes, evaluations, and tool design.\n\nWhy join us?\nShip alongside engineers who've built and scaled products used by millions.\n\nWork directly with frontier AI models and push what they can actually do.\n\nJoin a YC-backed team that's growing fast and gives you room to grow with it.\n\nCompetitive salary and meaningful equity.
