Candidates must already have the permanent legal right to work in the country they apply to and be able to start and maintain employment without visa support from Convera.\nAs a Junior Payment Specialist with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will be responsible for facilitating the effective identification and resolution of customer and banking partner inquiries to payment transactions. The role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and investigative duties are managed and resolved in accordance with client’s expectations.\nYou will be responsible for:\nCoordinate payment queries, providing as immediate answers were possible and referring to banking partners when necessary.\nAccurately coordinate inquiries from banking partners and identify received funds in accordance with agreed SLAs.\nAct as the bridge between our banking partners and internal teams both in writing and verbally as required.\nCommunicate with the correspondent bank network to help resolve payment investigations.\nYou should apply if you have:\nBachelor’s degree (or last year student).\nA strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity.\nAbility to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.\nAbout Convera\nConvera is the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world.
