This is a role for someone with 6+ years of FX and payments sales or account management experience, ready to apply their knowledge and insights to make a tangible impact on client success.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and grow a portfolio of high-value Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, leveraging strong relationships with key decision-makers\nDrive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client value\nDeliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management\nHelp drive new business performance through early engagement with new clients and support of our Business Development tea\nHelp guide and mentor less experienced team members by role modelling best practise\nRequired Qualifications\n6+ years’ sales and/or account management experience in FX and cross border payments\nProven ability to build and grow Enterprise customer relationships\nDemonstrated success in selling complex hedge and payments solutions\nPro-active in finding new relationships and opportunities\nStrong attention to detail\nAble to excel in a fast-paced environment\nBelow are preferred qualifications, but not required:\nFamiliarity with FX derivatives\nUnderstanding of credit management framework\nAbility to understand and analyze companies’ financial statements\nAbout Convera:\nConvera is a global leader in commercial payments that powers international business by moving money with ease.
