The role includes processing transactions, resolving queries, and supporting end-to-end workflows while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperations & Processing\nProcess transactions (e.g., payments, reconciliations, data updates) in line with procedures and deadlines.\nReview and validate information from internal and external parties to ensure accuracy and completeness.\nMonitor and manage work queues, inboxes, and intake channels to meet SLA commitments.\nFollow established procedures and controls to ensure consistent and reliable processing\nInvestigations, Quality & Improvement\nInvestigate transaction issues, discrepancies, and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.\nResolve queries through internal systems or communication channels, escalating when necessary.\nPerform regular checks to ensure accuracy and identify any processing gaps.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies.\nSupport implementation of process updates and improvements.\nCollaboration & Communication\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.\nLiaise with stakeholders and partners to support transaction processing and investigations.\nCommunicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats.\nProvide updates on progress, issues, and risks where required.\nLearning & Development\nBuild knowledge of operational processes, systems, and tools.\nAdapt to new processes, systems, and business requirements.\nParticipate in training and development activities.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nOperational & Technical: Process understanding, attention to detail, accuracy.\nProblem Solving: Analytical thinking and issue resolution.\nCommunication: Clear written and verbal skills, teamwork.\nPersonal Effectiveness: Organization, adaptability, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.\nExperience in operations, processing, or shared services is an advantage.\nKnowledge of currency requirements, payment formatting and banking payment networks such as SWIFT, local clearing systems is considered a strong advantage.\nBank account and customer account balance reconciliation experience is preferred.\nKnowledge of compliance operations or related fields with the experience in payments, screenings, sanctions, or AML preferred.\nAbility to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nFluent spoken and written English.\nTools & Technical Skills\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nFamiliarity with operational and case management systems is an advantage.\nSuccess Indicators\nAccurate and timely processing of tasks.\nAchievement of SLAs and quality standards.\nEffective resolution of issues and queries.\nPositive collaboration with stakeholders.\nContinuous improvement in performance and efficiency.\nAbout Convera\nConvera is the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world.
