Acting as a trusted delivery partner to Product, Engineering, and Technology leaders, this role brings structure, visibility, and accountability to strategic initiatives, ensuring commitments are delivered effectively and business outcomes are achieved. \nThis is a non-technical project management role focused on integrated planning, cross-functional coordination, dependency management, governance, risk mitigation, and delivery visibility. Success requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence outcomes across organizational boundaries. \nKey Responsibilities: \nLead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and outcomes.\nCoordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution. \nManage project plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, and governance processes to improve delivery predictability and transparency. \nFacilitate stakeholder communications, status reporting, and executive updates on progress, risks, and key decisions. \nSupport planning, prioritization, capacity discussions, and sequencing of work across teams. \nDrive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, operating rhythms, and cross-functional collaboration. \nKey requirements: \n8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or programs within Product, Technology, Operations, or related environments.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong execution discipline and stakeholder alignment. \nExperience influencing outcomes and driving accountability across teams without direct authority. \nStrong project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance experience. \nExcellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills. \nProven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and bring structure to complex initiatives. \nBachelor's degree required.
