Candidates must already have the permanent legal right to work in the country they apply to and be able to start and maintain employment without visa support from Convera.\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Treasury Confirmations and Payment Processing Coordinator (Evening shift) to join our Treasury Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely confirmation of FX trades, execution of Treasury settlements, and processing of customer transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in treasury operations, payments processing, financial services, or foreign exchange markets is highly desirable, along with a commitment to delivering operational excellence and maintaining a high level of accuracy.\nYou will be responsible for:\nMonitoring and confirming FX trades, generating settlements to Convera counterparties.\nProcessing incoming and outgoing transactions using various methods.\nMonitoring transactions statuses.\nConducting different investigations related to payment processing.\nProviding consistent, quality service to assist Client Support and Treasury teams in facilitating client transactions.\nYou should apply if you have:\nPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Economics.\nExcellent time management skills - ability to meet deadlines/sense of urgency/multitasking.\nAttentiveness to details and adherence to established procedures.\nIntermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExperience on a busy team in a client-facing function within the financial services sector.\nAbility to work night and/or day hours (midnight - 8:30 am, 8 - 4:30 pm) when needed.\nProficient spoken and written English skills.\nAbout Convera\nConvera is the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world.
