governance, SAP S/4HANA finance operations, Accounts Payable governance, Procure-to-Pay improvements, workflow automation, process documentation, internal controls, user adoption, issue resolution governance, and Finance transformation projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nSAP FICO and Finance Process Governance\nLead Finance process governance for SAP S/4HANA, with strong focus on SAP FICO-related processes, controls, master data, reports, workflows, and integrations.\nTranslate Finance and Accounting business requirements into SAP FICO process requirements, functional specifications, test scenarios, and operational controls.\nWork with SAP FICO, MM, ABAP, Basis, IT, and implementation partner teams to assess system enhancements, change requests, defects, and process improvement opportunities.\nValidate SAP FICO-related business impacts covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Bank Accounting, and financial reporting.\nEnsure SAP FICO processes are aligned with Finance policies, internal controls, segregation of duties, audit requirements, and business reporting needs.\nProvide Finance-side leadership for SAP issue prioritization, defect triage, user acceptance testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.\nFinance Business Process Management\nLead the review, design, standardization, and improvement of Finance and Accounting business processes.\nAct as Finance representative and process owner support for cross-functional transformation projects.\nIdentify process gaps, control weaknesses, duplication of work, manual activities, and automation opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain finance process maps, policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and operating models.\nEnsure Finance processes are aligned with internal controls, audit requirements, business objectives, and SAP system capabilities.\nFinance Transformation and Automation\nLead or support SAP S/4HANA-enabled finance transformation initiatives involving Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Procurement, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and related Finance processes.\nCoordinate with SAP Functional resources, IT teams, implementation partners, and Finance users for requirements definition, solution validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.\nSupport SAP-related process governance involving FICO, MM, ABAP developments, approval workflows, master data, reports, interfaces, and system enhancements.\nEnsure system changes are properly assessed from business process, control, user readiness, reporting, and operational impact perspectives.\nProject Governance and Delivery\nLead finance-side project management activities including business requirements gathering, solution review, risk assessment, SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, change readiness, cutover preparation, and go-live support.\nPrepare project status reports, executive updates, issue logs, decision papers, risk registers, and implementation plans.\nFacilitate workshops, working sessions, governance meetings, and stakeholder alignment discussions.\nEnsure project deliverables are completed on time, within agreed scope, and aligned with Finance governance standards.\nProcess Documentation and Internal Controls\nDevelop, review, and maintain controlled documents such as policies, procedures, work instructions, process flows, forms, matrices, and governance documents.\nEnsure finance documentation is current, version-controlled, properly approved, and aligned with actual process execution.\nSupport audit readiness by strengthening process traceability, approval controls, segregation of duties, documentation discipline, and evidence management.\nPartner with Finance Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, and process owners to address control gaps and process risks.\nContinuous Improvement and Capability Building\nApply Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, process reengineering, and continuous improvement tools to improve Finance operations.\nLead process improvement initiatives that reduce manual work, improve turnaround time, strengthen controls, and enhance user experience.\nDevelop training plans, user guides, communication materials, and adoption programs for new Finance processes and SAP-enabled workflows.\nCoach and support Finance users, process owners, and project teams on SAP process governance, system usage, internal controls, and continuous improvement practices.\nKey Performance Indicators\nTimely delivery of Finance transformation and SAP process improvement initiatives.\nEffective governance of SAP FICO-related process changes, issues, enhancements, and controls.\nReduction in manual activities, process delays, rework, and recurring SAP/process issues.\nImprovement in Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay process performance.\nCompletion and maintenance of controlled Finance process documentation.\nUser adoption rate for new systems, workflows, and process changes.\nTimely resolution or escalation of process and system issues.\nImproved audit readiness, control compliance, and process traceability.\nStakeholder satisfaction across Finance, IT, Procurement, AP, Treasury, SAP Functional teams, and business users.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance process management, SAP FICO process support, ERP implementation, Finance transformation, business process improvement, project management, or shared services operations.\nStrong hands-on experience in SAP FICO is required.\nFormal SAP FICO certification is required.\nStrong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Bank Accounting, financial reporting, and Procure-to-Pay.\nExperience working with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO configuration/process design, SAP MM integration, SAP VIM, workflow tools, Jira, or similar enterprise systems.\nExperience in project delivery, UAT/SIT coordination, stakeholder management, process documentation, internal controls, and change management.\nStrong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Activate, Business Process Management, or related certification is an advantage.\nExperience in Finance digital transformation, AP automation, ERP implementation, or post-go-live SAP process governance.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams, senior management, implementation partners, and technology teams.\nKnowledge of internal controls, segregation of duties, audit readiness, and ISO-style documentation is preferred.\nExperience in telecommunications, shared services, technology, infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise environments is an advantage.\nExposure to SAP VIM, OpenText, Converge Payflow, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, SAP ABAP coordination, or Jira workflow governance is an
