field teams, vendors, and other engineering teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor Access Network devices, links, alarms, and network performance.\nHandle and troubleshoot assigned BAU tickets and network issues.\nPerform basic troubleshooting of GPON/OLT and BRAS-related issues.\nAnalyze basic connectivity, service, VLAN, interface, and link issues.\nSupport troubleshooting of subscriber/service-related problems.\nPerform standard network configuration and provisioning activities based on approved procedures.\nSupport GPON/OLT migration, integration, replacement, and expansion activities.\nSupport BRAS-related activities, including basic connectivity and service troubleshooting.\nAssist in network migration, link activation, equipment replacement, and other implementation activities.\nExecute assigned MOP activities and follow implementation procedures.\nCoordinate with NOC, FNO, field operations, vendors, and other teams for issue resolution.\nMonitor network utilization and identify potential congestion or capacity concerns.\nMaintain proper ticket updates and technical documentation.\nEscalate complex or critical issues to Engineer 2 or higher-level engineers.\nParticipate in scheduled maintenance, implementation, and after-hours activities when required.\nFollow network security, change management, and operational procedures.\nMust Have:\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of IP Networking\nTCP/IP fundamentals\nVLAN and Ethernet\nRouting fundamentals\nBasic troubleshooting methodology\nGPON / OLT fundamentals\nBRAS fundamentals\nBasic understanding of subscriber/access network architecture\nAbility to read and understand network diagrams\nBasic CLI knowledge\nAbility to follow MOPs and implementation procedures\nBasic ticket and incident management\nAdvantage:\nHuawei/ZTE/Nokia access network experience\nExperience with GPON/OLT\nExperience with BRAS/BNG\nMPLS knowledge\nNetwork monitoring tools\nBasic Linux knowledge\nCCNA/HCIA or equivalent
