lifecycle, including project intake, prioritization, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective risk, issue, and dependency management across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nScope of Coverage\nProjects across Network Technology (Network Operations, Cloud & International Infrastructure)\nStrategic programs including infrastructure expansion, transformation, and optimization initiatives\nProject governance, reporting, and portfolio management\nResource planning and cross-functional coordination\nStakeholder management including executive leadership\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field.\nMaster's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related discipline is an advantage\nCertifications (Preferred)\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification.\nAgile / Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are an advantage.\nITIL certification or equivalent for service management processes is desirable.\nOther relevant technology, network, or telecommunications certifications are a plus.\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in project/program management\nAt least 5 years in a leadership or PMO management role\nProven experience managing large-scale telecom, network, or IT transformation projects\nStrong background in stakeholder and executive management\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong understanding of telecom network domains (is an advantage):\nAccess (MPLS, OLT, LCP)\nCore (IP, Core)\nTransport (DWDM)\nProficiency in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Office, Jira)\nStrong analytical skills in network performance, capacity, and resiliency planning\nKey Responsibilities\nPMO Leadership & Strategy\nEstablish and implement PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards\nDefine project management policies, tools, and best practices\nPortfolio & Program Management\nOversee the full project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational priorities\nDrive prioritization, resource allocation, and dependency management\nGovernance & Reporting\nEnsure consistent project tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring\nProvide executive-level insights on project status, risks, and KPIs\nDelivery Oversight\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget\nIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks across programs\nStakeholder Management\nAct as the primary interface between project teams and senior leadership\nFacilitate decision-making and escalation management\nProcess Improvement & Transformation\nContinuously improve PMO processes, tools, and capabilities\nDrive adoption of digital tools and automation in project tracking and reporting\n People & Resource Management\nLead and develop Project Managers and PMO
