Backup/Restore and Disaster Recovery processes.\n\n Participate in the deployment of new systems and services.\n\n Prepare and maintain technical documentation and relevant procedures.\n\n Collaborate with the IT and Information Security teams to ensure secure and uninterrupted infrastructure operations.\n\nRequired qualifications\n Higher education in a technical IT-related field.\n\n At least 3 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, virtualization, or DevOps.\n\n Knowledge of VMware virtualization environments.\n\n Knowledge of Dell VxRail and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions.\n\n Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.\n\n Knowledge of Linux operating systems and hands-on administration skills.\n\n Ability to analyze technical issues and resolve them independently.\n\n Working knowledge of English for handling technical documentation.\n\n Strong teamwork skills.\n\n High level of
