business impact.\n\nResponsibilities: \nEnd-to-End Ownership: Own features from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration, partnering with senior engineers on larger architectural decisions.\nProduction Systems: Design, build, and maintain production-grade services with attention to scalability, reliability, and performance.\nProduction Support: Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and drive high-quality resolutions.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and AI teams to turn ideas into reliable, scalable solutions.\nAutomation and Tooling: Improve engineering workflows, developer productivity, and operational efficiency.\nEngineering Culture: Take part in design discussions and code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and help onboard newer engineers.\n\nRequirements: \n3+ years of professional software engineering experience building, shipping, and maintaining production software.\nProficiency in Go, or strong backend experience in another language and willingness to ramp up on Go quickly.\nSolid fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.\nWorking knowledge of performance, scalability, reliability, and operational best practices.\nAbility to own well-scoped problems end-to-end and make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and business impact.\nStrong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience with customer-facing, high-availability, or real-time systems.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered products, LLMs, or voice/conversational systems.\nExperience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, and distributed systems.\nPrior experience in
