That means partnering directly with founders and hiring managers to bring in exceptional people across technical and business roles. Furthermore, it includes helping shape the systems, culture, and candidate experience that will define how we grow.\nThis role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting across both technical and business roles. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing\n\nPartner with hiring managers to build effective hiring strategies and keep processes moving with clarity and speed\n\nDeliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through offer\n\nIterate on the recruiting infrastructure: pipelines, documentation, ATS hygiene, and interview processes\n\nUse data and market insights to advise on compensation, pacing, and where to focus sourcing efforts\n\nQualifications\n1-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across both technical and business roles\n\nBonus points: experience at a high-growth startup/building a recruiting playbook\n\nFamiliarity with modern recruiting tools (For e.g. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Harmonic) to build and activate candidate pipelines\n\nExperience working with recruiting agencies and calibrating them on ideal hires\n\nStrong communicator who can earn trust quickly with candidates and also filter
