Backed by Khosla Ventures, Pear VC, and SV Angel, we're entering our next phase of growth and building the foundational GTM team that will define how Convey scales.\nThe Opportunity\nWe're looking for a Founding GTM Account Executive to help build one of the defining AI companies of the next decade.\nThis is not a traditional AE role. You'll join a small, high-performing team at a moment when product-market fit has been established and demand is accelerating. You'll inherit qualified opportunities, work directly alongside leadership, and play a significant role in shaping how Convey scales from its earliest GTM motion into a world-class sales organization.\nYou'll be selling a category-defining product to senior executives tasked with driving operational transformation across their organizations. Success requires curiosity, creativity, executive presence, and the ability to help customers envision entirely new ways of working.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through close\n\nBuild and manage relationships with executive stakeholders including COOs, CROs, and operational leaders\n\nRun highly consultative discovery processes focused on business transformation and operational efficiency\n\nDevelop new opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic account engagement\n\nPartner closely with founders, product, engineering, and customer success teams to shape customer outcomes\n\nCreate compelling demonstrations and business cases tailored to each customer's workflows and priorities\n\nIdentify and prioritize high-value use cases across multiple functions and departments\n\nHelp refine messaging, sales processes, and GTM strategy as we scale\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to customers navigating AI adoption and operational transformation\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nConsistent top performer with a track record of exceeding quota and winning new business\n\nExperience selling complex software solutions into mid-market and enterprise customers\n\nExecutive presence and comfort engaging senior business leaders\n\nExperience selling horizontal platforms, workflow automation, AI-native products, or operational transformation solutions\n\nAbility to generate pipeline and create opportunities, not simply work inbound demand\n\nComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving processes\n\nStrong business acumen and consultative selling skills\n\nDemonstrated curiosity around AI, automation, and emerging technologies\n\nIdeal Background\nExperience scaling with a Series A, Series B, or early Series C company during a period of rapid growth\n\nHistory of selling for challenger brands where success depended on product, execution, and creativity rather than company reputation\n\nExperience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles\n\nBackground selling platforms that can be applied across multiple teams, functions, or use cases\n\nEvidence of high
