In this role, you'll troubleshoot complex production issues, manage cloud infrastructure, execute critical deployments, and help strengthen operational best practices across the team.\nYou'll work across AWS and GCP environments, using tools like Terraform to manage infrastructure and support secure, reliable systems.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn complex production incidents from investigation through resolution.\n\nMonitor and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.\n\nExecute staging and production deployments, including high-impact releases.\n\nManage infrastructure as code using Terraform.\n\nImplement security mitigations and support access reviews and security audits.\n\nDevelop operational documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.\n\nMentor junior team members and support incident response best practices.\n\nParticipate in an on-call or escalation rotation as needed.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAdvanced hands-on experience with AWS, including system and network administration.\n\nProficiency with Terraform and infrastructure provisioning.\n\nExperience managing production deployments and troubleshooting complex technical issues.\n\nKnowledge of cloud security, user permissions, firewall rules, and audit preparation.\n\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana, or PagerDuty.\n\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nExperience mentoring or guiding junior team members.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with GCP, containerized applications, AWS Lambda, EC2, or ECS/EKS.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.\n\nExperience with Twilio services.\n\nAWS certifications or a background in CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, or production support.\n\nIf you're a proactive technical problem-solver who takes ownership, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys improving the reliability and security of cloud infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you!\n US-BASED ROLES ONLY - BENEFITS\nFully covered Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for employees\nCost share for dependents\n\n401(K) plan with company match\n\nFully covered STD/LTD\n\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n\nPaid Maternity Leave\n12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parent\n\nPaid Paternity Leave\n\nFlexible PTO policy - We trust employees to manage their time effectively and take time off as needed to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
