With full-census, real-time, stateful analytics, Conviva shows what consumers actually experience, not just whether systems are running, and connects that experience to revenue, retention, and risk.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nConviva is hiring a Partner Manager to build and grow our ecosystem of agent builders: the platforms, tooling providers, systems integrators and agencies that help companies put AI agents into production.\nConviva pioneered quality of experience (QoE) measurement for the world's largest streaming services, including Fox, MLB, Paramount+, DAZN and Sling. We now apply that same discipline to AI agents. Agent Experience Insights (AEI) measures what users actually do before, during and after a conversation, so teams can prove their agents worked for the user, not just that they passed an eval.\nYou'll own a portfolio of partners end to end: recruiting them, getting them integrated through MCP, enabling their teams, and driving co-sell pipeline. This is an early-stage program, so you'll help shape how it runs as well as run it.\nReports to: Chief Revenue Officer\nWHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERY DAY\nRecruit partners. Identify and sign partners across four segments: agent and conversational AI platforms, agent frameworks and developer tooling, systems integrators and agencies, and CX and digital experience platforms.\nDrive integrations. Work with partner product and engineering teams and Conviva's product team to connect partners to Conviva through MCP, from scoping to launch.\nEnable partner teams. Train partner sales, solutions and delivery teams to position Conviva's agent experience measurement and spot the right opportunities.\nBuild co-sell pipeline. Run joint account planning with partners and Conviva sales, source and register partner-led opportunities, and help close them.\nLaunch joint go-to-market. Partner with Marketing on co-branded content, launch announcements, webinars, events and partner directory listings.\nManage the relationship. Run regular business reviews, track partner health and performance, and be the main point of contact for your partners.\nShape the program. Help define partner tiers, benefits, onboarding and certification as the program matures.\nBring back the market view. Share what partners and their customers ask for with Product, Sales and leadership.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE\n3-5 years in partner management, channel sales, business development or alliances at a B2B SaaS company.\nA track record of recruiting partners and growing them into measurable, partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.\nComfort with technical products: you can explain APIs and integrations and work credibly with partner engineering teams.\nWorking knowledge of AI agents, conversational AI or LLM-based products, and how companies build and deploy them.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, from a developer call to an executive business review.\nSelf-direction in a fast-moving, early-stage program, with the judgment to prioritize the partners that matter most.\nNice to have\nExperience with AI or developer-tool ecosystems such as agent platforms, LLM providers, frameworks or observability tools.\nFamiliarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent integration patterns.\nExperience working with systems integrators or digital agencies.\nA background in analytics, observability or customer experience software.\nExperience helping stand up a partner program, including tiers, enablement or certification.\nHOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED\nNumber of active partners signed and integrated through MCP\nPartner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue\nPartner teams enabled and certified\nJoint go-to-market launches and campaigns delivered\nWHY JOIN\nHelp define a new category: measuring whether AI agents actually work for the people using them.\nBuild a partner ecosystem from the ground up, with real influence on how the program is designed.\nWork on a platform proven at the scale of the world's biggest live events.\n*This position will be based in our Foster City, CA office.\nThe expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this full-time position is 150,000-175,000 base salary plus 30% variable, plus equity and benefits.
