Engineering Strategy & Technical Leadership\nDefine and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with the organization's technology roadmap and business priorities.\nLead the overall engineering function, providing direction across software development, solution architecture, quality assurance, and technical delivery.\nEstablish and maintain scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable technology architectures.\nDrive sound technical decision-making, ensuring appropriate selection of technology stacks, frameworks, infrastructure, and development methodologies.\nMaintain active technical involvement in architecture reviews, solution design, code reviews, and complex engineering challenges.\nIdentify opportunities to modernize existing systems, improve technical capabilities, and strengthen engineering practices.\nB. AI-Enabled Engineering & Technology Innovation\nEstablish AI-enabled engineering practices across the software development lifecycle, integrating AI into requirements analysis, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment.\nDrive the adoption of AI-powered development tools, coding assistants, autonomous agents, and automation solutions to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency.\nMaintain an AI-agnostic approach, evaluating technologies and platforms based on their effectiveness, suitability, scalability, and business value rather than vendor or tool dependency.\nIdentify opportunities to redesign conventional engineering workflows through AI adoption and intelligent automation.\nPromote an engineering model that maximizes output, efficiency, and quality through effective utilization of AI capabilities.\nContinuously assess emerging technologies and translate relevant innovations into practical organizational capabilities.\nC. Engineering Execution & Delivery Management\nOwn end-to-end engineering execution, ensuring timely delivery of technology initiatives while maintaining quality, reliability, and performance standards.\nTranslate product and business requirements into technical roadmaps, development priorities, and executable delivery plans.\nEstablish engineering performance metrics and accountability frameworks covering productivity, delivery predictability, code quality, system performance, and operational efficiency.\nEnsure effective implementation of development standards, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code management, and deployment practices.\nProactively address technical bottlenecks, production issues, system dependencies, and technical debt.\nOptimize engineering capacity and resource allocation through effective planning, process improvements, and technology enablement.\nD. Functional & Technical Engineering Excellence\nMaintain a strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, system architecture, application development, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.\nProvide hands-on technical guidance and support to engineering teams, particularly in critical design, development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving scenarios.\nReview and challenge technical solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose, commercially viable, and aligned with business requirements.\nEnsure appropriate engineering standards, technical documentation, testing frameworks, and quality controls are consistently maintained.\nFoster a culture of engineering ownership, technical excellence, continuous improvement, and practical innovation.\nE. Organizational & Stakeholder Leadership\nBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing engineering organization with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and accountability.\nDevelop engineering leadership capabilities and strengthen technical ownership across teams.\nWork closely with Product, Project Management, Business Analysis, and executive leadership to ensure alignment between business priorities and engineering execution.\nProvide management with visibility into engineering performance, delivery commitments, resource requirements, technical risks, and improvement opportunities.\nBuild a culture that encourages experimentation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\n15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and technology development, including significant experience in engineering leadership roles.\nProven track record of leading engineering teams and successfully delivering complex software products, platforms, or technology solutions.\nStrong technical expertise in software architecture, system design, modern application development, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and software engineering practices.\nDemonstrable hands-on technical capability, with the ability to actively engage in architectural decisions, code reviews, technical assessments, and engineering problem-solving.\nPractical experience in adopting AI-powered development tools, AI coding assistants, automation, and emerging AI technologies within engineering environments.\nStrong understanding of modern engineering delivery frameworks, DevOps, CI/CD,
