layers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDelivery Planning and Execution Governance:\nOwn overall delivery planning and execution governance for the Retail Execution Platform.\nEstablish and manage the delivery cadence across squads, workstreams, and external dependencies.\nDrive structured program tracking with clear reporting on progress, risks, blockers, decisions, and milestone health.\nEnsure work is executed in line with agreed timelines, sequencing, and phase objectives.\nMaintain momentum across the delivery lifecycle from initial readiness through go-live and stabilization.\nDefine and govern sprint rhythms, delivery checkpoints, and reporting mechanisms across teams.\nEnsure planning, execution, and review cycles are operating consistently and effectively.\nTrack delivery commitments against sprint and milestone plans, highlighting slippage and corrective actions.\nSupport teams in maintaining realistic but disciplined execution plans.\nPromote delivery predictability through transparent planning and proactive issue management.\nRisk, Dependency, and Issue Management:\nBuild and operate a robust framework for identifying, tracking, and managing delivery risks.\nProactively manage cross-team dependencies across product, frontend, backend, middleware, SAP, identity, data, and testing teams.\nEscalate risks early and drive mitigation planning with clear ownership and timelines.\nMonitor critical path items and ensure dependency bottlenecks are surfaced before they impact delivery.\nMaintain an active view of program health with particular focus on readiness blockers and coordination risks.\nProtect delivery against uncontrolled scope changes and unplanned additions.\nEnsure teams are executing against approved scope and phase commitments.\nWork closely with product and engineering leads to prevent feature creep and preserve release focus.\nChallenge requests that introduce delivery risk, timeline pressure, or unnecessary complexity.\nMaintain strong governance around change impacts, delivery trade-offs, and release boundaries.\nCross-Functional Coordination:\nCoordinate across all major functions involved in platform delivery, including product, engineering, architecture, SAP, integration, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.\nFacilitate program workshops, alignment sessions, planning meetings, readiness reviews, and issue-resolution forums.\nEnsure all teams have clarity on what they own, how their work connects, and when their deliverables are needed.\nDrive collaboration across teams working on tightly coupled platform components.\nAct as the operational backbone of the program by keeping stakeholders aligned and execution moving.\nEnvironment and Readiness Management:\nEnsure delivery environments, access prerequisites, and foundational setup are in place ahead of key build and testing phases.\nCoordinate readiness across non-functional areas required for successful execution.\nTrack whether dependencies such as system access, integration touchpoints, test environments, and deployment prerequisites are available on time.\nReduce delivery friction by resolving readiness gaps early.\nPartner with technical teams to ensure the program is not delayed by avoidable environment or setup issues.\nIntegration and Enterprise Coordination:\nManage delivery coordination across SAP and adjacent enterprise integration points.\nTrack timelines and readiness for integrations, middleware dependencies, authentication layers, and system connectivity.\nEnsure enterprise system coordination does not become a hidden blocker to platform delivery.\nMonitor external system dependencies and maintain visibility into risks related to upstream and downstream readiness.\nSupport teams in sequencing work realistically where platform functionality depends on enterprise enablement.\nLead program governance during go-live and immediate post-launch support.\nTrack production performance, incident trends, service levels, and business-critical KPIs during hypercare.\nCoordinate issue triage and resolution across delivery and support teams.\nEnsure transition from implementation mode to steady-state support is planned, documented, and controlled.\nDrive post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future phases and releases.\nStakeholder Reporting and Communication:\nProvide clear and executive-friendly reporting on platform readiness, milestone health, delivery risks, and escalation items.\nCommunicate status in a way that supports timely decisions and removes ambiguity.\nEnsure all stakeholders understand what is on track, what is at risk, and what actions are required.\nManage communication across both leadership and working-team levels.\nServe as a reliable point of coordination for program-level execution matters.\nCandidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate is a highly organized and execution-focused delivery leader with experience managing complex enterprise platform programs involving multiple teams, integration layers, and tight coordination cycles.\nYou are someone who:\ncan bring structure workstreams\ncan guide a program through build, testing, release, go-live, and hypercare with confidence\nRequired Experience\n7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, or Delivery Management.\nProven track record of delivering complex enterprise technology programs across multiple teams and functions.\nExperience managing Agile delivery models, sprint governance, milestone tracking, and release planning.\nStrong experience in dependency management, risk governance, and executive reporting.\nExperience working with enterprise platforms involving integration-heavy landscapes.\nDemonstrated ability to lead delivery across product, engineering, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders.\nExperience managing go-live, hypercare, and transition to support for enterprise applications.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience delivering retail execution, sales force automation, field operations, CRM, order management, or enterprise workflow platforms.\nFamiliarity with SAP-connected delivery landscapes and enterprise integration programs.\nExperience in large SaaS or platform transformation programs with phased delivery models.\nAbility to operate effectively
