This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems through systems and data, not just requirements documents.\nWhat You’ll Do\nConfigure ERP systems based on business needs - from module setup to detailed functional rules\n\nLead functional design activities and translate client needs into ERP system behavior\n\nRun and facilitate workshops to map business processes and align on solution design\n\nCollaborate closely with technical teams to translate configurations into deployments\n\nChallenge assumptions and proactively propose improvements to business processes or technical solutions\n\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution\n\nBuild client trust by understanding their commercial goals and aligning solutions accordingly\n\nGuide junior analysts and contribute to internal best practice development\n\nStay current on industry trends in FMCG and how they relate to digital transformation and sales enablement\n\nMust-Have Skills & Experience\n5+ years in a Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, or Functional Consultant role\n\nExperience configuring business applications or ERP systems (e.g., XTEL, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)\n\nStrong experience in data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Power BI is required.\nStrong understanding of sales/commercial processes, especially in FMCG or Consumer Goods\n\nTechnically curious and able to ask why - you’re not afraid to challenge the brief or dig into root causes\n\nSkilled at working with cross-functional teams: business stakeholders, technical teams, testers\n\nComfortable supporting the full project lifecycle: workshops, configuration, testing, deployment, and support\n\nFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models\n\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills\n\nNice-to-Have Experience\nExperience with requirement gathering and creating functional specs\n\nBackground in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion Management, or Sales Force Automation\n\nFamiliarity with data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI\n\nExposure to FMCG-focused sales automation platforms\n\nWho You Are\nInquisitive, analytical, and always looking to improve how things work\n\nComfortable in ambiguity and energized by problem-solving\n\nEnjoy engaging with clients, understanding their business, and making an impact\n\nAble to translate complex ideas for both business and technical audiences\n\nWhy Join CONVO?\nAt CONVO, we’re reimagining how sales organizations in FMCG run smarter, faster, and more profitably.
