experience.\nStrong expertise in Rust and Python.\nHands-on experience building production-grade APIs and microservices.\nExperience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agent frameworks.\nStrong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.\nExperience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and database optimisation.\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).\nExperience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.\nStrong knowledge of software engineering best practices, testing, and code quality.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI ecosystems.\nExperience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.\nExposure to MLOps and AI model deployment.\nExperience working in high-growth SaaS startups.\n\nIdeal Candidate: \nHas built and deployed AI-powered products in production.\nCan architect backend systems from scratch.\nWrites clean, scalable, and maintainable code.\nComfortable owning services end-to-end, from development to deployment.\nThrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes complete
