That’s where you come in.\nWe are looking for … a Configuration Specialist who will work directly with the Implementation Manager and help with the customer business discovery and onboarding, account build and configuration, and system optimization to the Convoso Dialer platform leading to a successful launch and adoption of our products.\nStepping into this very challenging role will mean stepping into a dynamic environment. Success would mean having a strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. \nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n The Configuration Specialist will spearhead the account build and setup during the implementation lifecycle and will be responsible for the customer’s account configuration and success during onboarding.\nProvide recommendations and best practices during the project lifecycle and be the subject matter expert.
