You will work closely with an Implementation Manager who owns the client relationship and project management, while you focus on high-quality technical delivery.\nWhat you will do\nPlatform Setup & Configuration\nCreate queries (topics and/or filters) \nSet up social channels (Owned and/or Earned)\nConfigure dashboards, reports, or alerts\nApply best-practice standards across listening, publishing, and reporting\nDelivery Support\nParticipate in requirements review sessions led by the Implementation Manager\nImplement configurations based on agreed client requirements\nQA your own work and address feedback or refinements\nTraining Support\nSupport delivery of client training sessions where required\nHelp ensure the client is confident using the configured platform\nRequirements\nFluent, professional-level English (written and spoken)\nProven experience configuring and working in Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social or Octopost\nStrong understanding of: \nSocial listening queries and filters\nOwned vs earned social channels\nDashboards, reports, and alerts\nHigh attention to detail and ability to work to a defined scope\nComfortable working as part of a wider delivery team\nHootsuite certification(s) \nExperience working to repeatable implementation frameworks\nBenefits\nConvosphere is an independent, growing business.
