This position may also be called up on to provide key metrics for financial data, financial analysis, volume data, productivity, and trend analyses. This position manages the hospitals business planning process by working collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams to develop business plans.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s required, Masters in Business/Healthcare/Finance preferred.\nSolid understanding of financial concepts.\n3 years' experience in healthcare.\nComprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices, billing & systems and knowledge of 340B program required.\nKnowledge of the issues, trends, and challenges presented by participation in the 340B program.\nExcellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.\nProficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).\nDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.\nCertification/Licensure:\nSuccessful completion of Apexus Advanced 340B Certificate Program within 12 months of position start date.\nAbout Us:\nCook Children’s is an equal opportunity employer.
