Overview Leads a group of 50 or less employees within a production department(s). Provides input tosupervisor regarding employee’s performance and assists supervisor in identifying andresolving problems that affect productivity. Organizes the groups’ work and ensures thatproper materials, tools and written instructions are available. Monitor groups’ compliance withcompany policies and procedures. Responsibilities -Aids in the assistance of operations and administrative responsibilities per leadership directives. Duties/Responsibilities include troubleshooting of products within strict adherence to quality system guidelines (i.e. QS procedures, specifications and drawings).
