This role involves processing employee lifecycle transactions, providing information on HR policies, and assisting in benefits administration. The ideal candidate will also manage class instruction for new hires and handle confidential information.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist in implementing HR programs and procedures for employees.\nProcess employee lifecycle transactions and ensure completion of paperwork.\nProvide information to employees and managers about HR policies and processes.\nRefer issues to HR Consultants as needed.\nAssist with post-employment paperwork, including I-9 verification using the E-verification system.\nCoordinate post-employment drug screening, background checks, and random program.\nMaintain employment forms and information on the Corporate Intranet.\nSupport benefits administration and wellness programs as needed.\nHandle document control and process verification of employment requests.\nProvide administrative support for the HR Department, including preparing reports and correspondence.\nMonitor and guide new hires during their self-study and compliance online courses.\nTrack licensing results and communicate updates to managers.\nCoordinate vendor instructor sessions and manage class updates and progress.\nRequired Skills:\n1-3 years of experience in HR or related field.\nProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nExperience handling confidential information.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to provide class instruction and monitor self-study sessions.\nDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.\nBenefits at Cook Systems\nWe want our employees to have benefits that support their health, financial well-being, and life outside of work.
