Ensure the accuracy and quality of data entered\n\nCollaborate with other departments, including the logistics team and credit control department, to manage shortages\n\nRespond promptly and follow up on issues raised by customers\n\nPrepare and procure all necessary documents for exports, including certifications, pro forma invoices, packing lists, veterinary certificates, customs clearance, etc.\n\nEngage with customers to address inquiries or notify them of the results of claim investigations or any planned adjustments\n\nMonitor the sales order workflow daily and provide reports to the Commercial Director and Country Manager\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\nAt least 2 years of customer service experience and/or sales support\n\nUniversity degree or equivalent experience\n\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM and ERP Systems\n\nFluency in English is required.
