Your role will involve assisting customers with OLAP tools, extracting data, and ensuring seamless system functionality and security.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport users in utilizing business intelligence tools for database queries and report generation.\nAssist customers in using OLAP tools to extract and compile data for queries and reports.\nReview and optimize queries to address performance issues.\nParticipate in the design, development, and documentation of systems.\nMonitor and upgrade enterprise-wide OLAP query and reporting tools.\nEnsure interoperability and security of front-end components.\nMaintain metadata coordination and support production systems.\nRequired Skills:\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n0 to 1 year of IT work experience in business intelligence tools and systems.\nFamiliarity with process and data modeling and data architectural development methodologies.\nAbility to function independently under the guidance of senior professionals.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nBenefits at Cook Systems\nWe want our employees to have benefits that support their health, financial well-being, and life outside of work.
