The incumbent provides direction for both technical and business resources, participates in long-range strategy planning, and manages policy development to address complex business issues. This position serves as the primary point of contact from project/program inception to delivery.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine and develop project management infrastructure and methodologies.\nManage and ensure the quality of deliverables through a methodology-driven quality plan.\nOversee the project completion process through customer acceptance.\nCollaborate with business unit managers and form alliances on projects and operational decisions.\nResolve scheduling requirements/conflicts and clarify vendor contracts.\nProvide leadership to cross-functional teams and influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.\nCoach and mentor junior management staff and senior technical staff.\nReport frequently to a Chief Information Officer or Chief Technology Officer.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nMinimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.\nAt least 3 years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams or projects.\nAdvanced knowledge of the software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management, and related disciplines/processes.\nProven ability to provide strategic direction and accountability for IT functional/departmental results.\nStrong leadership skills with a history of coaching and mentoring staff.\nLooking or candidates located in throughout the State of Florida for Team Lead, Manager and Senior Manager. \nBenefits at Cook Systems\nWe want our employees to have benefits that support their health, financial well-being, and life outside of work.
