This role starts the shift by reviewing prior-day logistics performance, monitoring real-time FFM capacity to proactively adjust driver pickup schedules, and ensuring every route is picked up, loaded, and dispatched on time. The Logistics team also resolves driver and route issues as they arise and coordinates closely with 3PL partners to guarantee full route coverage.\nDaily Metrics Review & Pickup Planning\nStart each shift by reviewing the previous day's logistics metrics, including FFM-to-last-mile handover timeliness and overall delivery delays (deliveries that exceeded the promised window).\nReview the supervisor count from the final hour of FFM operations to assess FFM capacity and anticipate its impact on last-mile handover.\nWhen FFM is behind schedule, adjust and push driver pickup times to account for the delay.\nWhen FFM is on track, review yesterday's delivery performance and fine-tune today's driver pickup times to help meet the delivery window.\nLogistics Service & Order Checks\nCheck the Logistics Service to confirm all orders have been assigned.\nReview for any orders with integration errors and resolve or escalate as needed.\nHandover & Dispatch Execution\nComplete the daily audit checklist to confirm handover readiness across all routes.\nConfirm all routes are ready for handover and have been picked up.\nOversee cart-to-truck and pallet-to-truck loading.\nTrack middle-mile truck arrivals to ensure on-time dispatch.\nHelp ensure the end-to-end handover process runs smoothly and on time from FFM to last mile.\nDriver & Route Issue Resolution\nTroubleshoot driver issues in real time, including scanning problems, missing or damaged bags, and replacing damaged product.\nIdentify and resolve route coverage gaps as they come up.\n3PL Coordination\nDefine pickup schedules for 3PL partners based on route distance and mileage.\nCoordinate with 3PL's on pickup times and driver changes.\nManage 3PL no-shows by ensuring the affected route is covered or picked up by the 3PL.\n1+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or a related operations role.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to make real-time decisions under time pressure.\nComfortable coordinating directly with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and drivers.\nFamiliarity with reviewing logistics/delivery metrics and dashboards.\nAbility to work an early morning shift, including weekends/holidays as needed based on operational demand.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly around checklist-driven audits.\nAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly.\nAbility to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.\nAbility to work in varying temperature environments, including cold storage/refrigerated areas.\nAbility to move quickly and safely between the loading dock, warehouse floor, and office areas.\n Health Insurance coverage with Cigna\n Weekly payments\n Opportunity for advancement\nCompensation\nAll final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.\nPay Range for this position\n$20—$20 USD\nIf you’re interested in this role, please submit your application, and if we think you might be a fit, we'll get in touch with you.
