Time management, outstanding communication skills, and workflow coordination are key for this role in order to support the progress of different projects while connecting with team members at all layers of the organization..\nResponsibilities:\nCompliance and Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with all employment laws, wage and hour regulations, and required postings\nMaintain audit ready employee files and ensure total HRIS data integrity\nPartner with the team to ensure all new hire documentation like I9 records meet regulatory standards\nSupport workers compensation case management and OSHA reporting\nAssist with internal audits and compliance reviews to mitigate organizational risk\nOnboarding and Employee Lifecycle Support\nExecute a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for all new hires\nProvide expert guidance on employment eligibility and documentation requirements\nLead orientation meetings and assist managers with necessary paperwork\nManage lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, and offboarding documentation\nHR Operations and Programs\nServe as the primary resource for employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies\nCoordinate leave of absence processes and all related documentation\nSupport hiring coordination and interview scheduling in partnership with recruiting\nManage merchandise orders, in person event logistics, and engagement initiatives\nSpecial Projects:\nSupport in-person week coordination and logistics.\nAssist with merchandise orders and distribution.\nManage employee benefits administration and coordination.\nMust Have:\n2+ years of previous administrative or project management experience in a startup environment.
