We’re a people-first, product-led company that moves fast and stays focused on making an impact-together.\nThis is a hybrid role-primarily remote, but we come together in our Palermo office a few days each month for in-person collaboration, connection, and some fun!\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for a Senior Talent Specialist to lead high-impact searches across Product, Data, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, primarily supporting hiring in the U.S. and LATAM. The portfolio will include senior individual contributor, leadership, and executive-level positions.\nThis is not a sourcing-only role. We’re looking for someone who can own searches end-to-end, shape recruiting strategy, influence decisions, and deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. You’ll join at a key moment in our growth and help define what great hiring looks like at CookUnity.\nResponsibilites\nOwn the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles across Product, Data, and GTM, including senior leadership and executive searches.\nAct as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders, bringing structured processes, market insights, and strategic recommendations.\nLead effective intake meetings, define search strategies, and translate business needs into clear candidate profiles and assessment plans.\nBuild strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.\nChampion the candidate experience and ensure a thoughtful, consistent interview process from first contact through close.\nLead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making to support inclusive, high-quality hires.\nPartner closely with stakeholders across the U.S. and LATAM, adapting recruiting strategies to each market while maintaining a consistent hiring bar.\nLead offer management and negotiation with empathy, transparency, and speed.\nUse data and market intelligence to identify bottlenecks, track progress, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.\nContribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives that help CookUnity stand out in competitive markets.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience: A proven track record of sourcing and recruiting candidates across different functions.\nRelevant functional expertise: Demonstrated success recruiting for Product and Data roles, as well as GTM functions such as Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships.\nFull-cycle recruiting: Strong experience managing searches end to end, preferably in an in-house environment.\nU.S. and LATAM market experience: Prior experience hiring in both regions, including recruiting for U.S.-headquartered companies and partnering closely with U.S.-based hiring managers.\nSenior stakeholder partnership: Confidence advising hiring managers and senior leaders while providing hands-on operational support.\nExceptional communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced or bilingual English proficiency.\nATS fluency: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; we use Greenhouse.\nPrioritization skills: The ability to manage competing priorities and multiple searches effectively.\nStartup mindset: A proactive, resourceful, make-things-happen attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nLeadership potential: Enthusiasm for growing into a leadership role as the company expands.\nAbility to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.\nAnalytical, motivated, quick to learn, adept at multitasking, and resourceful.\nPreferred Requirements\nMarket awareness: A deep understanding of industry trends and talent market dynamics, with the ability to proactively adjust recruiting strategies.\nEmployer branding: Experience developing employer branding strategies that attract top talent and strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.\nWhy CookUnity?\nWe’re a profitable, mission-driven company passionate about transforming mealtime with chef-crafted, personalized meals.
