Bij grotere incidenten houd je overzicht in een mogelijke war-room en stem je acties af met andere teams.\nDit vind je leuk om te doen\nStarten met een monitoring-check in Datadog en meteen bijspringen als systemen kuren vertonen.\nIncidenten oplossen, van vergeten wachtwoorden tot complexe systeemstoringen.\nStructuur brengen in een Slack war-room als de boel piept en kraakt.\nToegang regelen tot tools en systemen, van nieuwe collega tot tijdelijke expert.\nSimpele vragen snel oplossen die voor de ander een showstopper zijn.\nCollega’s helpen via Slack, telefoon, Jira of tijdens een remote sessie.\n Geld.\nOngekend goede werksfeer.
