Als Praktikant Recruiting Projects & Analytics (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf tauchst du tief in unsere Recruiting-Daten und Prozesse ein. Du analysierst Zahlen, entwickelst Verbesserungsvorschläge und übernimmst eigene Projekte mit echtem Impact.
- Du übernimmst eigene Projekte rund um Recruiting und Prozessverbesserungen.
- Du analysierst Recruiting-KPIs wie Conversion Rate und Time to Hire.
- Du bereitest Zahlen, Insights und Slides für unsere KPI-Meetings vor.
- Du unterstützt dabei, aus Analysen konkrete nächste Schritte abzuleiten.
- Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale in unseren Recruiting-Prozessen.
