Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du bist für die zeitnahe und korrekte Bearbeitung der Ware nach dem Eingang sowie für die Kontrolle des Wareneingangs nach internen Vorgaben zuständig und packst auch beim Container entladen mit an
  • Du vertrittst die Teamleitung Wareneingang bei Abwesenheiten und unterstützt in der täglichen Führung
  • Du planst den Tagesablauf im Team und koordinierst interne Stellen sowie externe Dienstleister:innen
  • Du kontrollierst den Wareneingang gemäss Vorgaben, prüfst Mengen/Qualität und dokumentierst Abweichungen sowie Prozessstörungen
  • Du übernimmst administrative Arbeiten (z. B. LKW-Avisierung, Planung der Containerentladung, E-Mail-Postfach, Stammdatenpflege)

Ihr Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Logistiker:in EFZ
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch
  • Du bringst Erfahrung mit SAP und WAMAS mit und arbeitest sicher mit E-Mail und Excel
  • Du besitzt einen gültigen SUVA-anerkannten Staplerausweis und bist körperlich fit
  • Du denkst vernetzt und bist flexibel sowie zuverlässig
