  • Du behebst Störungen an haustechnischen Anlagen
  • Du führst Reparaturen an Logistikeinrichtungen sowie an Türen, Toren und Fenstern durch
  • Du hilfst im Dienstleistungsbereich mit, zum Beispiel beim Büroumzug oder beim Einrichten von Betriebsräumen
  • Du führst periodische Funktionskontrollen durch
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Pflege der Anlagedokumentationen und wirkst bei Projekten mit

Ihr Profil

  • Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Heizungs- oder Sanitärinstallateur:in
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik HLKK sowie in der Elektrotechnik
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und sorgfältig
  • Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Facility Management oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld gesammelt
  • Du bist im Besitz eines Führerausweises der Kategorie B
