Reporting & Business Analytics\n\nDevelop and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports.\n\nTrack and analyze key business metrics, including sales revenue, sales volume, average selling price (ASP), customer contribution, product mix, SKU productivity, sales growth trends and forecast versus actual performance\n\nGenerate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business review materials.\n\nPresent analytical findings and recommendations to sales and commercial stakeholders.\n\nForecasting & Sales Planning Support\n\nSupport sales forecasting and demand planning processes.\n\nMonitor forecast accuracy and sales performance against targets.\n\nAnalyze forecast variances and identify trends impacting business performance.\n\nAssist in sales target setting, territory analysis, and performance tracking.\n\nSupport annual operating planning activities through data analysis and reporting.\n\nProcess Improvement & Commercial Support\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes, analytical tools, and data management practices.\n\nSupport commercial projects, pricing analyses, promotional effectiveness reviews, and business cases.\n\nAssist in documenting and standardizing sales processes and reporting methodologies.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functions including CO, Finance, Marketing, RAQA, Supply Chain, and Customer Service\n\n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nKnowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is preferred.\nStrong data visualization and reporting
