This role serves as a key chance agent through the Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma program, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and financial performance. The position provides technical leadership, supports operational strategy deployment and collaborates with stakeholders at all organizations to drive process excellence and continuous business improvement.\n Essential Functions & Accountabilities:\nLead and mentor team members in conducting time studies.\n\nLayout Improvements proposal design and execution.\n\nReviews production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods that are applied and activities that take place in manufacturing.\n\nSupport and execute cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, and other operational excellence methodologies.\n\nLead and/or support 5S and Lean initiatives tasks.\n\nSupport and execute cost reduction projects and productivity improvements that generate measurable financial impact.\n\nProcess improvements and innovative projects.\n\nLead and/or support problem-solving workshops, root cause investigations, and corrective implementation across manufacturing operations.\n\nPerform other duties and tasks assigned by management.\n\n Qualifications:\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nCoordinate and support lean and six sigma initiatives across multiple departments, with management guidance to ensure focus on company goals.\n\nKnowledge of the applicable laws and regulations, including FDA, ISO standards, and other industry-specific compliance regulations.\n\nAbility to interpret and apply complex technical documentation such as engineering drawings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical manuals.\n\nCommitted to delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\nStrong, clear, and assertive communication skills, both verbal and written, to influence, instruct, and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.\n\nHigh ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously while maintaining focus on deadlines and objectives.\n\nHigh sense of ownership and dedication to supporting the development and performance of internal customers.\n\nMust be able to use and train in problem solving techniques and think independently in a constantly changing production environment\nDemonstrates high emotional intelligence, patience, and professionalism when addressing challenging behaviors or learning barriers.\n\nSolid teamwork and communication skills.\n\nStrong ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate priorities to support training objectives and continuous improvement.\n\nExperience:\n3 - 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations in regulated environments. \n3 - 5 years of Experience in the manufacturing process of medical devices.\n\nExperience facilitating Lean events, Kaizen workshops, Value Stream Mapping activities, and DMAIC projects.\nKnowledge in an ERP system (D365) is a plus.\n\nEducation:\nBS Degree in Industrial engineering or related field.\n\nCapable to be self-taught on engineering or technology tools if needed.\n\nGreen Belt or related certification is a plus.\n\nSolidWorks / AutoCAD or related certification is a plus.\n\nStrong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva).
