Learn more at www.coopersurgical.com\n Executes basic engineering assignments independtly such as ECNs, NPEs, LCNs, etc\n\nExecutes product transfers and acquisitions, managing the project throughout the PTR/PAR process\n\nExecutes product integrations from R&D\n\nExecute validations of complex equipment and manufacturing lines\n\nOwns specific equipment to perform Preventative Maintenance and Calibrations and is responsible for investigations of EIRs/MIRs\n\nPartners with the assigned Value Stream Team to ensure performance needs are met or exceeded by ensure enough capacity, minimum scrap variances, and labor efficiency when equipment are involved\n\nEnsures that manufacturing validations, processes, and procedures comply with FDA, OSHA, ISO, and corporate regulations, policies, and procedures.\n\nAssists equipment technicians, as required, to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions\n\nDefine and execute improvement programs such as cost, quality, or capacity\n\nWork with technical operations to modify part designs to improve manufacturability\n\nMaintain a continuous improvement mindset and work with management to obtain buy in for technical improvement programs\n\nPerform other duties as directed by management.ent.\n\n In-depth understanding of equipment qualification and process validation when it comes to medical devices industry.\nThe ability to read manuals and schematics is required (PLC, pneumatics, electronics and mechanics).\nCreative individual who is able to communicate and coordinate good ideas through implementation.
