This position also supports manufacturing of products for medical devices with work including operational systems development, time studies, process flow analysis, lines balancing, layout design, operational needs and process efficiencies.\n Essential Functions & Accountabilities:\nLead Time Study initiatives, including methodology development, data analysis, and employee training.\n\nLead Layout Improvements proposal design to improve productivity and space optimization.\n\nAnalyze production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods that are applied and activities that take place in manufacturing.\n\nManage and execute cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, and other operational excellence methodologies.\n\nLead and train teams in the implementation and sustainment of 5S and Lean initiatives.\n\nDrive cost reduction projects and productivity improvements that generate measurable financial impact.\n\nFacilitate problem-solving workshops, root cause investigations, and corrective implementation across manufacturing operations.\n\nMentor engineers, supervisors, and functional teams on Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement tools.\n\nPerform other duties and tasks assigned by management.\n\n Qualifications:\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nCoordinate and support lean and six sigma initiatives across multiple departments, with management guidance to ensure focus on company goals and priorities.\n\nProven experience with medical devices regulations including FDA, ISO standards and other industry specific compliance requirements for operations. Ability to interpret and apply complex technical documentation such as engineering drawings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical manuals.\n\nCommitted to delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.\n\nStrong, clear, and assertive communication skills, both verbal and written, to influence, instruct, and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.\n\nHigh ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously while maintaining focus on deadlines and objectives.\n\nownership and dedication to supporting the development and performance of internal customers.\n\nMust be able to use and train in problem solving techniques and think independently in a constantly changing production environment\nDemonstrates high emotional intelligence, patience, and professionalism when addressing challenging behaviors or learning barriers.\n\nSolid teamwork and communication skills.\n\nStrong ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate priorities to support training objectives and continuous improvement. Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and leading initiatives that generate measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies.\n\nExperience:\n5 - 7 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations in regulated environments.\n5 - 7 years of Experience in the manufacturing process of medical devices.\n\nProject Management expertise, PMP or related certifications are a plus.\n\nKnowledge in an ERP system (D365) is a plus.\n\nEducation:\nBS Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, master’s degree is a plus\n\nCapable to be self-taught on engineering or technology tools if needed.\n\nGreen Belt or related certification is a plus.\n\nSolidWorks / AutoCAD or related certification is a plus.\n\nStrong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva).
