Additional responsibilities include receiving incoming goods, participating in routine cycle counts, and supporting general warehouse housekeeping. This role utilizes the D365 ERP system and handheld mobile devices to maintain inventory accuracy through the creation and posting of movement and transfer journals. The position performs material handling tasks using manual methods or material-handling equipment and ensures the timely delivery of materials to designated production and storage areas. The Warehouse Associate I is also expected to actively contribute improvement ideas that enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety. All tasks must be performed in alignment with established safety procedures and company standards operation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess, move, and store materials to support production and inventory workflows.\nUse the D365 ERP system and handheld mobile devices for inventory transactions, including movement and transfer journals.\nPerform material handling tasks manually or with equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or carts.\nEnsure timely and accurate delivery of materials to designated locations.\nReceive incoming goods, verify accuracy of shipments, and complete system transactions.\nParticipate in routine cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.\nFollow all safety rules, Standard Operation Procedures, and compliance requirements.\nActively contribute improvement ideas to enhance warehouse processes and performance.\nEssential Functions & Accountabilities\nInventory ManagementPerform accurate inventory transactions and location updates in D365 ERP.\nLead cycle count activities and resolve discrepancies.\nInventory Count Audit\n\nMaterial HandlingOperate forklifts, tow motor, and picking machines safely and efficiently.\nHandle oversized or complex material movements.\n\nReceiving & DistributionVerify incoming goods and ensure proper documentation.\nReceive materials returned from customers and representatives. \nReturn materials to vendor, verifying materials and printing shipping labels. \n\nOrder FulfillmentPrioritize and manage multiple work orders for timely delivery.\nAccurate pick and move work orders and inventory items to production area.\nAssist in resolving shortages and updating ERP records.\n\nLeadership & TrainingMentor and assist new associates in warehouse processes.\nSupport team in implementing best practices and continuous improvement projects.\n\nSafety & Housekeeping\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.\n 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.\nAdvanced ERP knowledge; D365 experience strongly preferred.\nExperience driving Forklift and Picker.\nAbility to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights up to 25 feet.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nListen, read, write, and perform basic math.\n\nStrong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWork Environment:\nRequired the use of Steel Toe Shoes\n\nRequired the use of High Visibility Safety Vest\n\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nAbility to read and understand written procedures (in English).\n\nOur Benefits:\nAs an employee of CooperSurgical, you'll receive an outstanding total compensation plan.
