This will be done in accordance with Production Orders, routings, and approved Work Instructions.\nThe role requires consistent application of quality standards, effective time management, and the ability to identify and escalate process or quality issues.\nOnsite: Falmouth\nResponsibilities\nAccurately and efficiently complete production and assembly activities for capital equipment used in the IVF sector.\nManufacture products according to approved Production Orders, routings, and Work Instructions.\nSupport, operate, and become proficient across an entire product line within the Capital Fertility Equipment Portfolio.\nMaintain high standards of quality in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.\nFollow established procedures, processes, and work instructions precisely and consistently.\nPerform assembly, testing, and production tasks while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor product quality and identify any defects, deviations, or process issues.\nEscalate quality, safety, or manufacturing concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.\nEnsure all production documentation is completed accurately and on time.\nManage workload effectively to meet production schedules and delivery targets.\nParticipate in training activities and continuously develop product and process knowledge.\nSupport the training and onboarding of colleagues on production processes and product lines when required.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with company standards.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.\nCollaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production operations and business objectives are achieved.\nKey competencies for success:\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to follow detailed instructions and procedures.\nCommitment to quality and compliance.\nGood time management and organizational skills.\nProblem identification and escalation skills.\nWillingness to learn and develop within a growing manufacturing environment.\nExperience: Typically, 6-18 months manufacturing experience, or equivalent demonstrated competence.\nEducation: Secondary school education or equivalent\nTechnical assembly experience preferred\nGood manual dexterity and practical skills\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to follow written instructions accurately\nEffective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently\nBasic computer literacy essential\nAs an employee of CooperSurgical, you'll receive a competitive total compensation plan.
