medical device, pharmaceutical, or aseptic manufacturing experience preferred.\nProven leadership experience managing supervisors and production teams, with a demonstrated ability to develop talent, build engagement, and drive accountability.\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies, with a track record of cost reduction and productivity improvement.\nKnowledge of equipment qualification, process validation, change control, production transfers, and new product introductions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to leverage data to improve operational performance.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization;
