In this client-facing role, you will shape organizational structure and process templates, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deliver integrations, and enable portfolio-level visibility through Portfolio++ deployments. You will translate technical and delivery requirements into practical Azure DevOps solutions that align with how teams actually plan, build, and ship.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and configure Azure DevOps organizations, projects, area paths, iteration paths, and team structures\n\nBuild, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using YAML and the classic editor\n\nDeploy and configure Portfolio++ to improve portfolio planning, roadmaps, and cross-team visibility\n\nDefine and enforce process templates, work item types, fields, and workflow states across teams and programs\n\nIntegrate Azure DevOps with third-party tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub) and support end-to-end delivery workflows\n\nSupport sprint planning, capacity planning, and iteration setup for client delivery teams\n\nTroubleshoot configuration and pipeline issues;
