our client in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Engineer - 3rd Level Support.\nIn this role, youwill provide ongoing support for enterprise information systems and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to the integration, deployment, and operation of End-User Compute services, including the Azure Virtual Desktop platform.\nYour Responsibilities:\nHandling of complex incidents escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 Support, including largescale crashes and operatiing system malfunctions\nDraft and maintain technical procedures and share knowledge with 1st & 2nd Level support teams (incl. deliver in-person and remote training to employees)\nPerform root cause analysis by reviewing logs, crash dumps, and related technical data to identify recurring issues and their underlying causes\nSupport continuous improvement by deploying automated patches through endpoint management tools and maintaining device compliance with security and hardening standards\nUse scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate recurring administrative tasks and corrective actions.\nUnderstand business needs and support the collection and clarification of functional requirements.\nCreate basic training materials, such as tip sheets and short recordings, to support user adoption of new tools and features.\nYour Profil:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline\n5+ years of professional experience in IT, with a strong focus on digital workplace or end-user computing service s in a multinational business environment\nExperience in business systems analysis and operational support\nStrong understanding of workplace processes, applications, and technologies, including Entra ID, Active Directory, Autopilot, Intune, Unified Endpoint Management, endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and Microsoft 365\nGood knowledge of the ITIL framework and service management principles\nSelf-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong team-oriented mindset\nAbility to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment\nAbility to work to deadlines and maintain quality in a dynamic environment\nExcellent communication skills\n Fluency in English, working knowledge of French or German is an
