As well as this, you’d report to the Programme Director to implement agreed strategic priorities, support programme governance and ensure effective execution of programme plans whilst maintaining alignment to agreed objectives, timelines and outcomes.\nEssential Functions & Accountabilities:\nProgramme Execution Leadership\nAct as deputy to the Programme Director.\n\nLead day-to-day programme execution activities.\n\nMonitor progress against agreed programme objectives and milestones.\n\nMaintain visibility of risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.\n\nEscalate significant issues and decisions to the Programme Director as appropriate.\n\nSupport implementation of decisions made through programme governance forums.\n\nCross-Workstream Coordination\nCoordinate activities across all programme workstreams.\n\nFacilitate collaboration between workstream leads and functional teams.\n\nSupport alignment of plans, priorities and delivery activities.\n\nIdentify conflicts, bottlenecks and delivery risks requiring intervention.\n\nDelivery Support & Intervention\nIdentify emerging delivery risks and challenges and facilitate resolution of issues.\n\nCoordinate recovery planning when programme objectives are at risk.\n\nMaintain focus on protecting customer experience, operational performance and programme outcomes.\n\nEscalate matters requiring Programme Director or SteerCo intervention.\n\nGovernance & Stakeholder Support\nSupport Programme Director-led governance processes.\n\nEnsure programme actions, decisions and commitments are tracked and delivered.\n\nSupport preparation for leadership forums and SteerCo reviews.\n\nBusiness Readiness & Organisational Adoption\nProvide guidance and direction to Business Readiness, Change Management and Internal Communications activities across the programme.\n\nEnsure organisational readiness plans remain aligned to programme priorities and deployment plans approved through programme governance.\n\nEnsure lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities are captured throughout programme delivery.\n\nInternal Communications\nLead the internal communications approach for the Courtyard Programme through the Change Manager & Internal Communications Manager.\n\nReview and align key programme messaging prior to distribution.\n\nEnsure timely and consistent communication of programme updates and agreed decisions.\n\nMonitor effectiveness of communications activities and recommend improvements where required.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities, Experience\nExtensive experience leading organisational transformation, business change or strategic programmes.\n\nExperience engaging senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.\n\nProven experience driving organisational adoption and behavioural change.\n\nExperience developing communication, stakeholder engagement and readiness strategies.\n\nExperience supporting transition into new operating models and ways of working.\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence across complex multinational organisations.\n\nExperience operating in highly visible, business-critical transformation programmes.\n\nStrong transformation leadership capability.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.\n\nExperience leading large-scale organisational change initiatives.\n\nStrong communication and engagement capability.\n\nAbility to influence senior leaders across complex matrix organisations.\n\nStrong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.\n\nExperience developing adoption strategies and readiness frameworks.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability.\n\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.\n\nExperience operating within global transformation programmes.\n\nWhat we offer:\nYou’ll receive competitive compensation and a fantastic benefits package including, bonus, private medical, health cash plan, 25 days holiday, pension scheme, life assurance, access to our Wellness Platform to support you in mental health and wellbeing, a discounted contact lens scheme and much more!\nWe are committed to our employees’ personal and professional development and offer extensive training to support your career growth and help every individual to reach their full potential.
