The role involves investigating and resolving complex incidents across core banking and loan management, ERP/CRM, mobile applications, middleware, credit decisioning, BPM workflows, databases, and third-party integrations.\nYOU WILL\nInvestigate and resolve complex incidents escalated by the L1 support team.\n\nAnalyze application logs, system traces, API payloads, and database records toidentifyroot causes.\n\nTroubleshoot transaction failures, application errors, performance issues, and integration problems.\n\nDiagnose credit decisioning issues related to business rules, code defects, or external data anomalies.\n\nResolve stuck or failed BPM workflows and support manual underwriting processes.\n\nInvestigate loan calculation, repayment schedule, accounting, and data consistency issues.\n\nSupport functional and technical issues across ERP, CRM, HR, and finance modules.\n\nTroubleshoot API timeouts, payload errors, authentication failures, and third-party service outages.\n\nCoordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolveintegrationincidents.\n\nExecute SQL queries and perform approved data extractions for investigations and reporting.\n\nDocument confirmed defects with clear reproduction steps, logs, payloads, and supporting evidence.\n\nEscalate software defects to L3 or development teams and track them through resolution\n\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\n3-5 years of experience in L2 application support, production support, or technical operations.\n\nExperience in banking, fintech, lending, or financial services isrequired.\n\nStrong experience analyzing logs, traces, and API payloads using tools such as GCP Operations Suite, ELK, Grafana, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP errors, and tools such as Postman.\n\nHands-on experience supporting core banking or loan management systems such as Temenos, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE,Fineract, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience supporting ERP and BPM platforms, preferablyERPNextor equivalent.\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience investigating production data issues.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nFluency in Arabic and English isrequired.\n\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to work effectively with L1, infrastructure, security, vendors, and development teams\n\nWillingness to support critical incidents outside standard working hours whenrequired.\n\nStrong awareness of information security, production controls, and data
